This policy explains how The La Family, LLC ("we", "us") handles information on this website (tavproperty.com) and in our apps: Tony La OS, IMAGE OS and TAV Property (the "Apps"). The Apps are private, internal tools for our own business and personal operations. They are not offered to the general public. TAV Property is a business of The La Family, LLC.

Information the Apps handle

Depending on the App and the features you choose to use, the Apps may store:

• Information you enter, such as notes, tasks, records, checklists and business or property information.
• Photos you choose to take or select in the App.
• Health and fitness data from Apple Health (Tony La OS only), and only with your permission. Examples are activity, steps, sleep, heart rate, weight and workouts.
• Basic technical information needed to sync your device securely with our server, such as a device name and access token.

The Apps do not use advertising, advertising identifiers or third-party analytics, and they do not track you across other apps or websites.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on your device and on servers controlled by The La Family, LLC. It is sent over encrypted connections, and the servers are reachable only through our private network. We keep backups on company-controlled equipment.

How we use it

We use the data only to provide the Apps' features: showing your information, syncing it between your devices and our server, and producing summaries and reports inside the Apps.

Sharing

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it for advertising or marketing. Health data from Apple Health is never used for advertising and is never disclosed to third parties for that purpose.

Some optional features use an AI service provider to produce a result, for example estimating a meal's nutrition from a photo. When you use such a feature, our server sends only the content needed for that request to the provider, solely to produce the result. Apart from that, we disclose data only if required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as it is needed for the Apps' purposes. You can delete information within the Apps, or ask us to delete your data from our servers by contacting us at the address below.

Children

The Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

This website

This website does not use cookies or analytics, and it does not collect personal information. If you email or call us, we use your message only to respond.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
